He brings over 18 years of diverse and valuable experience in banking, covering sales, services, operations, and Human Resources. In 2024, he joined Dunamis Organization Services as a Facilitator and Consultant.

David is skilled in delivering high-quality, contextualized soft skills training programs. At Dunamis, he facilitates Effective Individuals solutions and Strategic Leadership program to clients across various industries. He has also facilitated leadership programs for a wide range of participants, from first-line to senior management.

Prior to joining Dunamis, David served as a Consultant and Facilitator at Momenta Indonesia. He also worked as a Relationship Manager at DBS Indonesia and as a Client Executive at Citibank Indonesia. At UOB Indonesia, he held various positions, including Learning & Development Head, Area Manager, and Branch Manager.
