Magdalena Maya brings more than ten years of experience before joining Dunamis Organization Services, Maya joined the organization  in 2020. She holds the position of Execution Consultant at Dunamis.

She holds The 4DX Coach Certification from FranklinCovey – Dunamis and has implemented them in her previous company since 2016.

TRAINER & COACH

As one of the 4DX Consultant she was recently on board Dunamis Organization Services, Maya has been assigned to handle Dunamis clients. Clients are comfortable with Maya as their Consultant because she has been a coach since 2016. Maya’s expertise has expanded to include business acumen program, strategic alignment and the development of other leadership skills.

BUSINESS RESULT EXPERT

Prior to joining Dunamis, Maya was a manager of tax and accounting at PT. United Family Food. But she has a tremendous passion in implementing the 4 DX in her previous company, where she assigned as The 4 Disciplines of Execution coach and earn a gold certificate in implementing The 4Discipline of Execution at her department.

EDUCATION

Maya earned her Bachelor Degree in Accounting in 2004 at Tarumanegara University.
