Shirley Wangsanegara

Shirley is an energetic person. Everyone who knows her and has had the opportunity to work with her, appreciate her enthusiasm and positive thinking in accomplishing projects in excellence. She joined Dunamis Organization Services in 2002, as Organization Alignment Analyst and Corporate Planning & Alignment. Currently she is the Chief Executive Officer of Dunamis Organization Services.

Professional Qualifications

In her early years with Dunamis, Shirley realized that her deep passion was in Corporate Culture . As an Expert in Corporate Culture, she developed the implementation methodologies and helped many organizations by building their solid culture. She also helped in delivering Employee Opinion Survey project, and developed Performance Management System for some Non Government Organizations. Moreover, together with a team, she successfully developed Kompas Magazine, starting from setting up their mission and values, organization structure, job description, job grading and then implementing some solutions based on their issues.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Dunamis, she worked as Controller in PT Kota Minyak Internusa, then as Associate and Operation Manager at PT Hanesa Endera Sakti.

Education

She holds Master degree from Prasetiya Mulya Business School, majoring in Finance, minoring in Marketing. And she also holds Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting from Parahyangan Catholic University.
