Vida joined DunamisOrganization Services in 2018.  She holds the position of Execution Consultant at Dunamis. She has The 4DX Coach Certification from FranklinCovey – Dunamis and has implemented them in her previous  company since 2015.

Trainer & Coach

As one of the 4DX Consultant, although she was recently  on board Dunamis Organization Services, Vida has been  assigned to handle Dunamis clients. Clients are  comfortable with Vida as their Consultant since she has  been 4DX Trainer & Coach since 2015 .

Business Result Expert

Prior to joining Dunamis, Vida was the Training &  Development Officer at PT. Djarum, where she designed,  customized, delivered solutions and did coaching to  frontline Leaders. She had coach Strategic lLaders, Midlevel Leaders, and  many more leaders in the area of Sales & Promotions,  Productions, Engineering, Research & Development and  Warehouse people.  The 4 Discipline of Execution has been applied by Vida in  various departments.

Vida holds a Bachelor degree in Science, Communications at the President University.
