Business Result Expert
Before joining Dunamis, Ratna started her career at NATAN a Psychology Service Center where her duties was training and recruitment. She then joined Melawai Group in HR Department – Training Division, Pizza Hut Indonesia, as Employee Service Officer – HR Department ,Service Quality Center Indonesia as Trainer and Recruiter for Singapore Airlines cabin crew and finally Freelance Trainer.
Education
Ratna graduated from Soegijapranata Catholic University, Semarang, Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
