As one of the facilitators at Dunamis Organization Services, Windy facilitaties Leadership Development and Effective Individuals Programs. Windy is certified as a facilitator for The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. As a Consultant, Windy involved in some successful project for her clients, among others: analyses and developing Distinct Job Title at Universitas Sumatera Utara and Bumi Siak Pusako.
BUSINESS RESULT EXPERT
Before joining Dunamis, she joined Arya Group as Unit Head of Leadership School and Knowledge Management and in several occasions, appointed as master of Ceremony.
She plan, supervise and evaluate the implementation of training, Identify Training Needs Analysis (TNA), conduct training to develope skills, Service Excellent, and Training for Trainers), Project Leader for identification and evaluation pre and post training, Evaluation and Recap Evaluation Competency, Facilitator for Outing and Outbound Company, Project Leader for Knowledge Management to handling library and knowledge sharing.
