Before joining Dunamis, Fajar held the position of Organizational & Talent Development Senior Manager at Lazada. Previously, he served as People Operations Manager for Indonesia at Style Theory. Fajar also has
extensive experience at Danone Early Life Nutrition, where he held various roles including Human Resources Business Partner & General Affairs Industrial Assistant Manager, Leadership & Management Learning Development Specialist, Leadership & Management
Development Learning Manager, and Capability Development Manager for Operations.
