Satyo is a Master Facilitator of Indonesia, certified by Franklin Covey Co. He facilitates various programs of Stephen Covey’s such as The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Leadership Greatness and many more. He has facilitated more than 1000 hours in many industries such as service, information technology, oil and mining, manufacturing, and banking. He also has a specialization in facilitating the executive levels. 

Satyo has an outstanding facilitation skills and ability to inspire personal and organization change, makes him one of the favorite amongst participants and many clients.

Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, Satyo led numerous consulting projects in the area of Corporate Culture Development, Business Strategy and Organization Alignment. 
Clients are very comfortable with Satyo as their Consultant. He is very knowledgeable in most of Dunamis products & solutions and all of FranklinCovey’s products.

Business Expert

Prior to joining Dunamis, Satyo was in IBM Indonesia for 14 years, held various management positions , and act as internal & external consultant. He join Dunamis Organization Services in 1996 as Senior Consultant and now he is the Managing Partner in Dunamis.

Education

Satyo holds a bachelor degree in Geophysics from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in Indonesia. He was also participating the Summer Session on Business and Management at Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan.
