She is Team Member in delivering Human Capital Management System (HCMS) Alignment projects to the clients. Before joined Dunamis, Devi was worked in Organization Development at Sinarmas Forestry. There she surfaced and identified future leaders using Balanced Scorecard as performance management tool for Top Management, and Improved synergy between Operation and Support Functions in five regions through Cross Functional Process Mapping. She was Team leader for Service Level Agreement with forced aligned of KPIs between Operation & Support Functions, Assisted Top Management in implementing MBOS (Management by Olympic System) as Corporate Culture, and also as a team member of Organization Framework in order to optimize headcount program. She holds Bachelor Degree in Accounting from STIE YKPN, Yogyakarta and Master Degree in Human Resource Management from Trisakti University, Jakarta. Currently she lives in Serpong, Tangerang. She enjoys shopping and meeting new people. |
