Then, he was one of the Business Partner and Team Leader at Dunamis Organization Services. And currently he is Director of Dunamis Mitra Indonesia. More than a leader, he is one of the key facilitators. He had been facilitating various Dunamis and FranklinCovey programs since year 2000, such as the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, the 4 Roles of Leadership, What Matters Most, Getting to Synergy, Building Trust, Organizational Effectiveness Cycle, On Becoming Proactive, etc. And he had facilitated to more than 50 companies such as Bank BNI, Bank Danamon, Bank Mandiri, Central Bank of Indonesia, Perum Pegadaian, Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Indonesia, Ministry of Religious Affairs of Indonesia, the office of South Sulawesi province, etc. Prior to joining Dunamis, he was the Account Director Marketing & Corporate Communication, Business Development Director at Deliad Communication and Senior Public Relations Consultant in Indo Ad Public Relations. He also a lecturer for Professional Studies of "Analytical Proposal" at University of Indonesia. And he actively contribute to write in Business Review magazine in "Paradigma & Perubahan" column. He also one of the Jury of the BUMD & CEO BUMD Award. He holds Bachelor degree from the University of Indonesia, and Certificate in Business Management (CBM) from Prasetiya Mulya Business School, Jakarta. Originally from Jakarta (Betawi), currently he lives in Depok with his wife and their kids. Agi enjoys reading books, listening to classical rock music and riding his vespa. |
