Istiqomah or Isti has spent more than 15 years in all aspects of development both in Indonesia and Nepal. She is higly motivated, dedicated, full of initiative and able to work in challenging environment. She is familiar with strategy development, program implementation and technical assistance for program health, agriculture, environment, micro-finance/credit, and capacity building.

In Dunamis, Isti facilitates the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to local communities and school teachers.

Isti was as a lecturer on Non Formal Education program Lambung Mangkurat University Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan and has experiences working with government agencies and NGOs such as Lembaga Bina Potensia/LBP, Studio Driya Media, Forum for Cooperative Development (FORMASI), Cirebon Urban Development Program (CUDP), Lembaga Pendidikan Koperaso Jatinangor West Java (LAPENKOP), UNDP/UNOPS, and Ecosafe Jakarta.

She joined many community develioment projects such as Coastal Community Development and Fisheries Resources Management funded by ADB, project of Road Reabilitation Program (RRP), and many more.

Isti received her Bachelor Degree from Institute for Teaching and Education/IKIP Yogyakarta in Non Formal Education program and Master Level non Degree on Leadership for Environment and Development LEAD.
