And he is also one of Senior Advisor at Dunamis Organization Services. As a Senior Consultant, he led a lot of consulting projects in the area of Corporate Culture, HR System Development and HRM Strategy Alignment for many companies in manufacturing, IT and service industry. Before joining Dunamis, he was the Executive Director of Transforma Technology Center Indonesia, Director of Astra Education & Training Center (AMDI) at PT Astra International Tbk., General Manager of Astra Mobil Group, and Manager of Internal Computing Operations/Business Process Management at PT IBM Indonesia. He holds Bachelor of Economics majoring in Operation Management from the University of Indonesia. And he joined Professional Development Programs in Project Management and Business Process Management at IBM Systems Science Institute, USA. Born in Cirebon, Indonesia, currently he lives in Jakarta, together with his daughter and grandchildren. |
