However she knows she cannot do it person by person, thus she implement the Human Resources Management system (HRMS) and conducive culture that support people to grow. 20 years in Amway Indonesia, Wati held the position of the Head of Human Resource Department for 17 years. She was responsible for HR Strategic Planning which includes Recruitment, Training & Development, Talent Management & Compensation and Benefits among other HR functions. Prior to Amway Indonesia, she was working at PT Tootal Thread Indonesia, The Chase Manhattan Bank, B&B Advertising and Cathay Pacific Airways based in Hongkong, thus having a total of more than 30 years of working experienced. Currently Wati is the Corporate Human Capital at Dunamis Organization Services. She is responsible for implementing Human Capital Management System to the whole organization, developing the people and all other Human Capital related services. Being the daughter of the late "World Health Organization (WHO) doctor", Wati had the opportunity of being educated in India for more than 5 years . She also studied at Tarakanita Secretarial Academy, Jakarta, and Prasetya Mulya for the Human Resources Management. Living in some countries make her easily to adapt and understand the people differences. Wati lives in Bintaro with children. She loves reading, traveling and having social activities. And she have been the guest speaker at Universities such as Atmajaya University and Binus University. |
