He is responsible for developing new market in region Bali and Nusa Tenggara by introducing Leadership Development and Business Execution program. Before joining Dunamis, Putu was a Leadership Development Practice of Iswara Consulting. There, he helped many organizations in Bali in developing leadership capabilities. Putu has over 30 years experience in hospitality industry. He was Director of Learning & Development of Paradiso Hotels, Consultant for Human Resources of Four Season Bali (formally The Regent Bali),Product Development of Food & Beverage of Waka Management Consultant, Restaurant & Bakery Consultant of L’Oasis Restaurant & Bakery, Management Advisor of PT Bali Blue International, Food & Beverage Manager of Beluga Bali (Quicksilver Cruises), Food & Beverage Manager of Sheraton Lagoon Nusa Dua, Food & Beverage Manager of Sahid Bali Seaside Hotel, and Clubhouse Manager of Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club. Putu holds Bachelor of Economics and Human Resources degree from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Triatma Mulya, Bali. He also holds Diploma Degree from Akademi Perhotelan & Pariwisata Denpasar (Denpasar Tourism and Hotel Academy), Bali. Original from Bali, he currently lives in Nusa Dua, Bali with his family. He also actives in organizations of of Food & Beverage Management Association (FBMA), Tourism Training & Development Association (TTDA), Hotel Human Resources Association (HRA) Bali Hotels Association (BHA) and Ikatan Ahli Perhotelan Indonesia (IAPINDO). |
