Her friends and clients appreciate her enthusiasm and positive thinking in accomplishing the project in excellence. She joined Dunamis Organization Services in 2002, as Organization Alignment Analyst and Corporate Planning & Alignment. Currently she is a Consultant and Chief Operating Officer in Dunamis. Prior to joining Dunamis, she worked as Controller in PT Kota Minyak Internusa, then as Associate and Operation Manager at PT Hanesa Endera Sakti. She holds Master degree from Prasetiya Mulya Business School, majoring in Finance, minoring in Marketing. And she also holds Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting from Parahyangan Catholic University. During working in Dunamis, she found out that her deep passion was in Corporate Culture subject. As a Subject Matter Expert in Corporate Culture, she developed the implementation methodologies and helped many organizations by building their solid culture, including in Lowe Indonesia, Austindo Nusantara Jaya, Astra Credit Company, Bank Papua, Bank Danamon, Bank DKI, Coca Cola Bottling Indonesia, Rajawali Corpora, etc. She also helped Kaltim Prima Coal by delivering Employee Opinion Survey project. And she developed Performance Management System for some Non Government Organizations. Moreover, together with a team, she successfully developed Kompas Magazine, starting from setting up their mission and values, organization structure, job description, job grading and then implementing some solutions based on their issues. As an energetic person, Shirley cannot stay still at home or in the weekend. She likes to cook and do handicraft. She currently lives in Jakarta with his husband, Hernawa, and two lovely children, Axel and Phoebe. |
