When delivering a training, he wants everything perfect and he will try hard to deliver the training in a perfect way. Clients value this perfection, and many clients want to be facilitated only by him. He has over 20 years of experience in various management and organizational development services at large-scale, multinational business enterprises in the area of Banking, Finance, IT Applications Development, Project Management, Organizational Change Management, Strategic Human Resource Management and Business Process Management. Currently he is the Business Partner and Head of Leadership Development Group at Dunamis Organization Services. Prior to joining Dunamis, he was the Human Capital Director at PT. Austindo Nusantara Jaya, Senior Vice President at Bank Putra Multikarsa in Jakarta and Senior Manager HRG at Bank Niaga. As a Master Facilitator, he facilitated Dunamis programs to many organizations from various industries including banking, finance, telecomunications, information & technology, oil & Gas, and mining. He holds Engineer degree in Civil Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology. He joined MBA Program in HR Management from Institute for Management Education & Development (IPPM) in Jakarta and also Executive Development Program at Bank Niaga. Currently he lives in Cibubur with his wife, Rina and their children, Sutansyah and Sumantra. Tommy enjoys listening to jazz music, visiting jazz concert and jogging. And he has a dream to develop and to lead his hometown, Cirebon, someday. |
