Clients value his enthusiasm, energy and commitment to facilitate and effective learning process. His seminars are significant and engaging for his participants. Satyo's extensive corporate experience support him in delivering training and consulting. He was 14 years in IBM Indonesia, held various management positions, and act as internal & external consultant. Then he joined Dunamis in 1996 as a Senior Consultant. Now he is the Managing Partner in Dunamis. Satyo is a Master Facilitator of Indonesia, certified by FranklinCovey Co. He facilitates various programs of Stephen Covey's such as the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Leadership Greatness, etc. He has facilitated more than 800 hours in many industries such as service, information technology, oil and mining, manufacturing, and banking. He also has a specialization in facilitating the executive levels. He led strategic Planning Sessions for the executive levels of various clients. As a Senior Consultant, he led numerous consulting projects in the area of Corporate Culture Development, Business Strategy and Organizational Alignment. Satyo holds a bachelor degree in Geophysics from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in Indonesia. And he was participating the Summer Session on Business and Management at Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan. Satyo lives in Jakarta with his wife, Nancy and with their sons Andika and Aristo. At home, he enjoys reading, surfing internet and eating siomay (Indonesian traditional food). He also spends his time volunterring in Lions Club, and currently he is one of the Head of Lions Club District Area. |
