Using her more than 30 years extensive corporate experience, she help clients to become great companies. Before joining Dunamis, Ria held senior positions with several financial institution. She worked for 16 years in Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. Jakarta in which she was chosen to join management training for both operations and credit as well as entrusted with project managements in various area. Her last position was Second Vice President. Then she worked for 11 years in Bank Danamon and her last position was as the Compliance Director in which her portfolio includes Directorship in Human Resource, Legal and Corporate Affairs. One of the highlights of her work in Danamon is the appointment as Project Manager for the operations-merger of 9 banks into Danamon. She also worked as the Independent Commissioner at Bank Pikko and BOD Advisor at Bank Danpac. In 2002, Ria decided to join Dunamis Organization Services. There she has opportunity to help big organizations in Indonesia. She is the Senior Adviser, Resource Person, Facilitator & Consultant at Dunamis. As a Senior Consultant, she advised various consulting projects in the area of Corporate Culture Development, Business Strategy and Organizational Alignment, for organizations of various industries such as Bank Danamon, Bank Papua, Bank DKI, Coca Cola, BII, BP Petroleum etc. Ria is an internationally qualified consultant. She has Master of Business Administration degree from DeMontfort University, United Kingdom and Bachelor degree in International Law from University of Indonesia in Jakarta. She also did her Freshman in Humanity/Social Studies at Waikato University, New Zealand. Originally from the north part of Sumatra (Batak), Ria married to Bihelman Sidabutar. Their son, Daniel and Johansen, are currently studying in New Zealand. Although pretty busy, Ria still gives some of her time in community building through leadership development in social organization and part-time lecturing on Good Corporate Governance for Post Graduate study at a reputable University in Jakarta which she regards as a special call to contribute in the preparation of a good governance generation. Ria is also consistently invited to share her corporate experience on Practice of Directorship at the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directors. |
