He believes great performance occurs when good habits are well nurtured within a good habitat. To bring this passion into effect, he joined Dunamis Organization Services in 1992. Currently Nugroho is the Chairman and Knowledge Fellow of Dunamis Organization Services and is certified by Franklin Covey Co. as a Master Facilitator for Indonesia. Prior to joining Dunamis, he was a Commissioner at PT. American Express Travel Indonesia, Marketing & Sales Director of American Express TRS, Managing Director of PT Infodata Indonesia, Commissioner of PT Sarana Solusindo Informatika, and Director of PT Panca Infosoft. He also did various Educational, Research and miscellaneous jobs in New Zealand, Singapore and Indonesia. At Dunamis, he has been facilitating various programs such as the 7 Habits, Leadership Greatness, Leading at the Speed of Trust, and Organizational Effectiveness Cycle. He has consulted and facilitated for a large number of companies including Vico, Conoco, Newmont, PT. Caltex Pacific Indonesia, Bank of Indonesia, Bank Danamon, Bank Niaga, Citibank, Coca Cola, Otsuka Indonesia, American Express, Freeport, Accenture, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young, IBM, Bank Permata, ABN Amro, Bank Central Asia, ASEAN Secretariat, PT Telkom, etc. Clients appreciate his insightful thoughts and broad-mindedness. His international background has prepared him for success in training and development. Nugroho holds a Master of Arts (International Politics), a Bachelor of Arts with Honour (International Politics) and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) degrees from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. He spent his primary and secondary school in France, Indonesia and New Zealand. Nugroho lives in Jakarta with his wife, Besantia and their children. Nugroho loves music , enjoys playing tennis and going for brisk morning walks. |
